A beautiful second place for Francis Joyon on Idec who crossed the finishing line 10 hours 36 minutes and 1 second after the winner Franck Cammas. Idec took 9 days 13 hours 50 minutes and 48 seconds to reach Guadeloupe, followed closely by Thomas Coville on Sodebo a few hours later.
