A well deserved victory for Safran…

This 9th edition of the Jacques Vabre Transatlantic race will have kept all its promises. Marc Guillemot and Charles Caudrelier Benac, a very complementary duo fought right to the end to take the highest step of the podium. Safran arrived in Puerto Limon, Costa Rica on November 24th after 15 days 19 hours 22 minutes and 10 seconds.

The tenacity of Marc Guillemot gave results. After a brilliant 3rd place with the last Vendée Globe, one second place in the the Jacques Vabre Transatlantic race 2007 within 54 minutes of the winners Michel Desjoyeaux and Emmanuel Le Borgne, Marc Guillemot and Charles Caudrelier Benac enjoy this victory.
