Woven

Woven from thread on a loom. Mainly used in cruising programmes where the budget and reliability are the priorities. These cloths are used in racing in some classes where the measurement rules restrict the use of other materials to limit cost. the then need to be more technical,using higher performance fibres such as Pentex.
Woven cloth can be used in horizontal cuts (dacrons) or triradial (hydranet).
