Construction

Once the design is finished the file is sent to Dimension-Polyant for the D4 sails, or to be cut, which happens in house enabling full control of the output .

Quality Control   

The sail is carefully controlled from cutting to finishing with the help of a build sheet which details each step of the construction and ensures that the sail built corresponds exactly with the design specification.                                                                        
The sail is checked at every step of its build: cutting, luff tape, seams, finishing.

The sail is bagged after a final check on the loft manager
